Join Meet Market Adventures and other Single Wine Connoisseurs for a superb winery tour combined with wine tastings and picnic. We will travel to Sainte Agnès Winery, a renowned and award-winning vineyard in Eastern Townships.

We will start with a picnic upon arrival at the beautiful estate of Sainte Agnès (please bring your own beverages / food). Then, we will embark on a pleasant two-hour tour and learn about the vineyard, the Romanesque stone chapel, medieval cellars as well as participate in the wine tasting of several vintages.

The vineyard is built on a steep hillside, with massive stone walls supporting 18 terraces. Thousands of tons of stones and gravelly soil were used to create the vineyard. The rows of vines follow the gentle curve of the hillside, creating a veritable amphitheatre. The vineyard is largely cultivated by hand. The vines are planted close together in an Alsatian manner. Much sacrifice and effort is expended in the vineyard to ensure ultra premium quality grapes and wine. No chemical fertilizers, insecticides, herbicides or synthetic fungicides are used with the exception of 2007 when a synthetic fungicide treatment had to be utilized.

Price includes the winery tour, complimentary wine tastings, water, transportation*, gratuities and fun with other wine lovers.
